We Seek effective resellers to market Magpie Property Management Suite™ to hotels, motels, inns, resorts, condominiums and short-term and vacation rental properties. Resellers are required to have a high level of self motivation and the ability to master and demonstrate online computer software. Some knowledge of accounting, QuickBooks, and the hotel industry would be helpful.

Resellers will earn commission on every successful sale. This commission is 25% of the total usage fees paid to Magpie Systems. You will receive a monthly commission from each of your clients as long as they continue to use our property management software.

How much monthly/yearly revenue should I anticipate from each property?

Use the cost to operate calculator on this website to estimate the monthly and yearly fees for a specific rental property. As a reseller you will receive 25% of this amount each month. The same hotel, motel, inn, resort, etc. will continue to generate income for you as long as they use the software.

Will I be constrained to a specific sales territory?

No, in today's internet-based world-wide marketplace, limiting your growth to a defined sales territory does not make sense. Will I be required to provide technical support and customer service for clients after the sale is completed?

We will certainly work with any client who contacts us to resolve their question or concern. That said, you should encourage your clients to contact you first. You will probably be able to resolve the issue yourself and, in doing so, enhance your knowledge of the software as well as your relationship to the client.
